Caryl McCone

Caryl McCone, a graduate from Loyola University and long time Park Ridge resident, has been a part of the Sebastian co. Real Estate family since 2003. She has been a licensed broker since 2004 and takes pride that she does not see her work as simply a job, but as a project she looks forward to and enjoys every day.

Caryl has been recognized for her sales work and has experience with estates, short sale properties, and families looking to downsize. She frequently teams with fellow agent Maureen Groh to offer clients a dynamic experience in which you receive double the experience, time, and convenience.

Caryl enjoys giving back to her community whenever she can and has been a dedicated volunteer at the local schools her daughter attended. Over the years, she has devoted many hours to both student and administrative projects at Roosevelt Elementary School and Maine South High School.

She is also passionate about her work for breast cancer awareness. Every October, Caryl donates over 2,000 pink tulips that are delivered to neighbors and sold at the Dominick’s in Park Ridge to help raise funds for breast cancer awareness and research.

Not only does Caryl serve her community, but she is also “dedicated to serve customer needs,” and feels that “organization, detail, and close contact with customers and their requirements are the key to a successful relationship.” She and Maureen Groh are eager to work with you and hope you allow them the opportunity to give you the real estate experience you deserve.
